We offer support plans for three main areas: IT Support, Dev Support, and Web Support. For each
type of support we offer a packaged plan that fits the needs of most of our customers. However,
some customers require a more customized approach, and we can certainly work with you to find the right
plan to meet your needs.
IT Support
IT Support is by far the widest ranging support system we offer. This can include simple technical support
(i.e. e-mail server not functioning, Internet access down, new workstations added to LAN) and is generally
hardware-related in nature.
Dev Support
Dev support is mainly for software-related support, such as system integration support, software maintenance,
etc.
Web Support
Lastly, our web support deals solely with simple website maintenance. This can include graphical
manipulation, HTML/Javascript changes and updates, webpage creation, etc.
Note that these support systems are not limited to software, hardware, or websites developed or installed by us.
It can include any existing systems you are already using or plan on using. For example, if you
wanted to port your existing e-mail system from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange, we could
certainly facilitate that process and make it as painless as possible.
Our rates are listed below, as well as the various plans offered. If any overages occur on any
plans, those additional hours are billed at the regular rate.

*Custom Plans
Our custom plans can be modified two weeks before the first of each month. They are charged at a 10%
discount of the regular hourly rates and can be changed each month as needed. For example, if you
know you have a major support situation coming up in a month, you can "pre-order" extra hours on
your plan at a 10% discount of the regular hourly rate in order to prepare for the need. If you
decided at the last minute that the hours will not be needed, you can receive a full credit for
any hours (over the required plan size of 3) that are not desired. This must be done before the
first of the month in question.
Note that in all plans any unused hours are forfeited and do not carry over to the next month.
Do you need a new logo for your business? What about brochures, technical documents, business
cards, letterheads, office stationary, etc.? We can provide this and more for your business.
Pricing is quoted on a customer-by-customer basis. Typical freelance work runs $55/hour.
